I was going to ask this on the book section of this site but I don't know if people would be interested. This is kind of a crazy question. But for those of you who're absolute comic book experts, are there any moments in the DC Comics where there were times where the superheroes themselves had to be saved by average people?
We all know that part of a superhero's job is to save people. But I wonder if there any times where the everyday person had to step in and help or save the hero? Share your thoughts.

If you want people to have a better chance of seeing this thread, it might be better suited for the MCU board. That board has significantly more traffic than this one.
Anyway, to answer your question, do characters like Jimmy Olsen and Alfred count?

Anyway, to answer your question, do characters like Jimmy Olsen and Alfred count? I'm planning on posting this thread on the MCU board as well. But I still ADORE DC and want to find out if there are moments where. And I'm sorry but Jimmy and Alfred don't count. Don't get me wrong. I love those characters and they do help the superheroes out a whole lot. But what I'm referring to is if an average, random person ended up having to help or save the superhero in some situation.
