FFH brought up a good point that I hadn’t even considered before. If someone who’s technically underage because they got “blipped” (what’s wrong with “snapped”?), tried to do something like purchasing alcohol, or going to a strip club, or voting, how exactly would people be able to find out for sure that they’re underage?

I was speaking solely about Americans as we see the Memorial for Americans in Infinity War. Each other Country would handle their own people each having to work out who is lost with their own records as their isn't a world register yet. So that would be what 200 million people at the most in America.
Wait we have a Genius who has 5 years to kill who can build nano tech to form armor around him you think maybe he could help? Maybe have FRIDAY his AI work out who was snapped out of existence in 5 years? Maybe it would take her what a week to figure it out for America. You think that Genius that has shown in the past that his AI's can control 100's if not 1000's of Drones couldn't build a memorial for 200m people in say what a few weeks? Oh You think FRIDAY couldn't also help every other Country in the World figure out who has been snapped in say what a couple months to a year. And Drones that lift 1000's of lbs and have lasers that can burn through most anything couldn't cut the stone, place it and etch it in say Idk 12 months? Working Around a Clock 24/7 no need to charge batteries as each are powered by something that can power a Buildings for years? So yeah I just meant a memorial for 200m but 3.5 billion sound doable in year. That's 8760hrs in a year as drones can work 24/7. 10000 drones that's 87,600,000 man hours to complete in 12 months. Btw Burj Khalifa the tallest building in the world that's 54,000 tonnes and 2,722 ft tall took 22,000,000 man hours to build.
Edit: This is with out any help for the most technological advanced country on the planet Wakanda. Which we know they are helping because they are part of the meetings that Natasha holds.
