Marvel canceled Fantastic Four two years ago... That sucks. I was a big fan of the Byrne ones and the Wolfman stories before it. I haven't read an actual Marvel comic in many a moon. Again, a good movie could reignite interest. That Byrne run was phenomenal.

The panel that has the "212" on the wall, also has Jew next to Kitty's head, which is Jewelry but the only completely unobscured are the first three. I thought Storm had led the X-Men at one point as it not Christian (but I could be mistaken on both counts). Still the guy is a fool for thinking he might get away with it. Yeah, I read that someone had made that accusation about the word Jew being there but it looks to me like "Jewel" is completely unobscured. He's fully admitted to posting the Quran references but not to that. It looks like a bit of a reach to me. As kitty is Jewish and the only three letters unobscured are J.e.w. I wouldn't necessarily agree with you. It could be coincidence, but that shop could have been anything, Bank, Bakers etc. Coincidence, maybe but I'm not so sure. I hadn't read much more about it, the first time I saw anything about it was on here, I saw the panel and that immediately sprang out at me. If it was an "accident" it was very careless that it is so easily picked up on.

Which makes little to no sense. Fox has enough material to make new XMen movies for decades to come. No point in sabotaging your own work. It would be so awesome if they would just follow the early Claremont/Byrne story and center it all on Jean Grey rather than Wolverine. She is the Anakin Skywalker story we deserve. It's an amazing storyline that effects have caught up to. In comparison to the Marvel & DC flicks, the Xmen ones still seem cheap by comparison. I've always thought Wolverine is better as a side character. When the focus is on him, it tends just to make him a misery guts.
The semi-reboot they did was a good step though of course Days of Future Past was changed to being a Wolverine vehicle instead of a Shadowcat one. And the movies really need to ditch Magneto, his betraying everyone is getting old. It doesn't even really make sense for him to be so anti-human in the movie-verse now since he knows the man who tortured him and killed his parents in Auschwitz was actually a mutant.
The timeline is also really messed up now. No-one seems to be the age they should be.
