As many of you know, I haven't had television for about thirteen years, so I was unaware of this show until a few minutes ago.
Giants are rare today, and life for them can be problematic, but in ancient times they were all over the place. Even as late as the Roman Empire there were giants, including the man we now know as St. Christopher, and the Roman Emperor Maximinus Thrax. There seem to have been a lot of them around the Black Sea area.
Me, I'm happy with the size I am, and I like it when I see someone unusually large (or small) living a contended life despite the size difference.
