Ones that should be considered..Poison Ivy (though moreso with The Cramps perhaps) and Sister Rosetta Tharpe (her, as far as I know, omission, is jaw dropping)

It's always irked me that The Runaways haven't been inducted yet. Yeah, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts were inducted, but The Runaways were influential and an important part of music history in their own right.
