I hope the real IMDb has no problem with the use of their name.

Yeah, I also doubt that this name could go on for long. Probably they will have to change the name later? Anyway, may be this place can become active by the time it has to change its name (if ever at all).

If Amazon has a problem with it, then the creator of the forum can change the name. That part is no problem. Once IMDb closes the boards, it's kind of irrelevant what the name is anyway, because we're going to have to make do with the user base that we've got. There's not going to be any really reliable way of recruiting new posters, with or without the 'name recognition' of IMDb.
