I don't know about this Chloe Richardson. For one thing, a blues man never calls it a harmonica. It's a mouth harp or just harp.
And Little Walter learned from Sunnyland Slim in the south? Slim was at least a generation ahead of Walter already settling in at the Windy City. Sunnyland Slim was a pivotal figure in the blues scene in Chicago. He had a club, an after hours club where blues cats went to when everywhere else closed up. A lot of great contacts between blues players was made there, it was a good thing Slim knew how to pay off the cops and keep his place open.
I was fortunate enough to see both Sunnyland Slim and Honeyboy Edwards before they died.

Thanks Petrolino, great stuff. Nice picture of the Jukes there. David and Louis Meyers were known as the Aces before and after their time with Little Walter.
They mention Jimmy Rogers in that article, that's another great I got to see before he died, in fact, it was one of the greatest shows I've ever seen.
