Always wondered, but have never been to one.
Do they announce all 4 lines, 3 defensive parings and G, and if so in what order?

I don't think they ever announce starting lineups. Why would they?-- players' names are on their jerseys. Also, players (other than the goalie) stay on the ice for short shifts so who's playing changes regularly so announcing starters becomes meaningless a minute or so into the game. Usually a team's #1 line of forwards, pair of defencemen and goalie are the starters. |
