While the Russo's are generally considered the best directors in the MCU so far, surely there are other things some of the other directors did better than them?

Whedon was better at occasionally framing scenes to make them feel like panels in a comic, particularly splash page scenes like the team coming together in the Battle of New York or charging the Hydra base in AoU.

I think most are better at not muddling up the small details of the world building, the Russo's actually suck at this, almost every major this doesn't make sense in terms of timeline of events comes from them, they also just seem to say certain things off the cuff without thinking it, they make fun movies and within the context of the film they are doing it makes sense but I don't think they pay much attention to anyone else's work and that kind of sucks.

Everyone does action better than the Russo's in my opinion and I feel Gunn and Whedon understand the point of heroes a lot better.
I also think the Russo's are kinda terrible when it comes to consistant power levels.

I in particular love the shot of Iron Man, Thor and Vision in unison blasting Ultron in AOU:

Joss Whedon definitely knew how to portray the Hulk better than the Russos.

One thing I think the Russo's really fail at is how they show at civilians. In Avengers, Ragnarok and Age of Ultron people are constantly shown being in danger because the real fight was how much can the heroes do to get everyone to safety. In Civil War, Infinity War and Endgame we get fights in empty airports, empty wakandan fields, empty planet and empty... Avengers bunker graves??? I remember seeing comments from people who lived where the Wanda and Vision scene was filmed saying it was weird to see that area empty even at night. Even after the Snap we don't see any real civilian reactions to what's happening. It's almost like the Russo's only really care about the heroes and how much punching they can do. I know you could say the Avengers are fighting to protect the people from things like the snap, but I would have preferred a more direct connection. I know this seems like a small thing to most people but it ends up making their action scenes feel hollow in my opinion. Zack Snyder also suffers from this but a million times worse.

It's an interesting question, but it's weirdly framed as a competition.
The Russo brothers have made some of the most satisfying superhero films in the MCU pantheon, but the better question is, what do they do that others don't (and vice versa).
The Russo brothers don't delve deeply into the psychological complexities of the characters. They're great at orchestrating large-scale chaos, which characters must respond to, but we rarely see each character's nuances beyond their established archetype.
I think the other MCU directors handle human relationships better and are a lot better at portraying the character's flaws and emotional blind spots.

Because I can't help myself. I suppose things have been slow for a while now. Yep! We'd nearly have Black Widow on home media if not for this whole covid-19 bollocks.
