Thursday September 5th 8:20pm EST Green Bay @ Chicago I think Green Bay will be better than people think, mainly because of their new offensive system and much improved defense. Sunday September 8th 1:00pm Washington @ Philadelphia - Lock of the week and not just because I am a Philly fan. Buffalo @ NY JetsAtlanta @ MinnesotaBaltimore @ Miami Baltimore will be another much improved team that everyone forgets exists. Their defense is stacked and I like their offense. Kansas City @ Jacksonville Everyone else will pick KC here for good reason. They should be the favorites. I just have a feeling about this one. Tennessee @ Cleveland Time for Cleveland to prove that they aren't just paper champions LA Rams @ Carolina This is the toughest one to pick for me. I can see it going either way. The health of Cam is the most important aspect. 4:05pm Cincinnati @ SeattleIndianapolis @ LA Chargers4:25pm San Francisco @ Tampa BayNY Giants @ DallasDetroit @ Arizona This game is ugly on paper, but I am hoping the Murray hype is real. 8:20pm Pittsburgh @ New England I know Pitt is perfectly capable of beating a team like New England, but I cannot see the Pats losing this one. Monday September 9th 7:10pm Houston @ New Orleans/
10:20pm Denver @ Oakland Ugly game, but I see Gruden getting the win. I think they show off their new weapons Jacobs and Brown.

I’ll give GB exactly one week to prove I’m wrong about predicting them to battle for last place. I think they generally play ok against the Bears and I’m not sold yet on the Bears repeating last season’s regular season success.

I think they generally play ok against the Bears and I’m not sold yet on the Bears repeating last season’s regular season success. Only reason I'm picking the Bears is because it's in Chicago. Otherwise I could convince myself to pick GB. I do think they should be better this year and that most of the offseason drama people kept writing about or reporting on was blown way out of proportion but that's the media and what talking heads do. They latch on to one stupid audible story and run it into the ground for weeks despite LaFluer stating multiple times it's not an issue. Its definitely a tough test for a new offense and rookie head coach week one but I also think Chicagos defense regresses some without Fangio. Plus still no clue if Trubisky is good or not to make up for it.
