Just for fun, I gave it a shot: No Time For Comedy Hellzapoppin' Laura The Razor's Edge The Bad And the Beautiful Torch Song Sudden Fear Lucky Me I'll Cry Tomorrow The Opposite Sex The Eddy Duchin Story ? ? ? The Thrill Of It All Nerts. There was one I couldn't place (unless she was actually in a movie called "? ? ?").

Someone has been nice to point Bess out, as she sits behind The Ricardos and their neighbours:

teleadm Good finds ! Bess is a bit easier to spot after her hair has turned gray …. as long as she keeps that side part and semi poofy hairdo ! Really like the early poster WITH billing.

Hey, BATouttaheck! phantomparticle's thread about film extra Ted Billings reminded me of this one you did and, while reviewing it, I came across my guesses at the films included in the compilation of clips you provided upthread. And guess what? I've identified the "? ? ?" I seemed to remember an image of some kind of large outdoor gathering with tables, like a backyard barbeque party, so I took another look, and can now recognize it as Home From the Hill, which I saw for the first time a month or so back (while I've been catching up on "Missed Mitchums"). Funny the way a random image surfaces in your mind, and how memory works: something you see triggers one, which triggers another, and so on. Hardly on the level of one of Nalkarj's unsolved mysteries, and certainly nothing that was nagging at me. Just: BOOM, and there it is. If only I could remember where I put that new package of Post-Its I got for notes to remind me of other stuff.
