I think this is a good move for both parties, and I think the Pats won’t let AB’s behavior get out of control, and we all know how talented AB is, I think this could be a great move for the Pats. Agreed. Great move for the Pats - and there's no way Belichick tolerates any nonsense from him. He'll be gone quicker than the drop of a hat.

Wonder what this does for odds They were right behind the Chiefs in the AFC Be awesome if he faced his old team the Steelers in the AFC Championship Game He gets to play them tomorrow night. I'm sure he's going to play, Belichick probably sent him the playbook about 2 weeks ago.

Exactly, if AB continues his diva behavior, he will be gone before long and the Pats won’t let it become a distraction, but if AB doesn’t act like a diva, this could be a brilliant move for the Pats as he is a premiere receiver.

What a nightmare. Called out the team for fining him. Got into it with GM Mike Mayock yesterday. It's Randy Moss Part II.

I think it’s fairly, ah, convenient how quickly Bryant and the Patriots agreed to terms.

I think it’s fairly, ah, convenient how quickly Bryant and the Patriots agreed to terms. It's almost like they conspired together.

Can we give this a “gate” name? ABgate? Douchegate? Helmetgate?

I think it’s fairly, ah, convenient how quickly Bryant and the Patriots agreed to terms. Same thing happened with Legarette Blount some years ago. That being said, he's not making it through the year. Brown can't not be crazy.

Yahoo fantasy's blurb belongs in Canton...
'The joke that most of NFL twitter has made for the past few days actually came true. AB and the Patriots have agreed to terms on a one-year deal worth up to $15 million with a $9 million signing bonus. AB is not eligible to suit up Sunday night against the Steelers, but should be ready to go for Week 2 against the Dolphins. What a fitting ending to one of the most insane story lines in recent NFL memory. May god have mercy on the rest of the league.'
I saw it because AB's on my fantasy team.

Excited for that blurb.

I have him in two dynasty leagues - - if he was a stock, you'd have a coronary following the fluctuations.

For the record...as a Steeler fan...I’m perfectly ok with this. The man is locker room cancer. I’m happy the ‘best’ wide receiver in the nfl is NOT a Steeler.
If the Pats have the cure to cancer than more power to them. Good luck reigning him in. I hope it’s entertaining for me. I’m not gonna lie I hope AB falls on his face. But more importantly I’m glad he’s not here taking the Steelers down with him.

We won the Super Bowl last year without you. Any baloney and you are gone."

I’m a fan of my team facing the best the league has to offer. I don’t like excuses.
