He took to Twitter and took it public which he never should have done.
If we all blasted our employer on Social Media - the repercussions could be greater - i.e. 'you're fired'.
He should have just kept it behind closed doors instead of being a drama queen.

Didn't see this coming at all. I get they gave up a 3rd and a 5th for him - but I wonder if they just outright release him thinking he's not worth the headache. It's got to be a distraction to the entire team - and Game #1 is right around the corner. Just wipe your hands clean with him and make a statement to the team.
