The villains are pretty forgettable. My favourite would be Teasle though.

Sheriff Teasle....definitely the best. More because he's actually an honest character who's just a bit of a dick and in way over his head with an off kilter John Rambo.
Murdock...surprised he wasn't mentioned in the op and i know he's not the menacing villain in the second film but his act of abandonment for Rambo and the pow's felt like a great turn. You realize he's not in it to save lives and Rambo's threat via radio later in the movie is my favorite part of probably any of the Rambo films. "Murdock! Im coming to get you!" *kills everyone in the room*
Podovsky...kinda by default but he had enough charisma to make him somewhat memorable.
Zaysen...Its been too many years since ive seen Rambo 3...i remember him seeming very similar to Podovsky.
I can't remember much from the newer films.

I don't think Teasle is a villain. The closest to a villain is Gault(?) but even he isn't really a bad guy compared to the ones in the other films where they are killing left and right. So then: Lt. Colonel Podovsky -- "Dragonfly, wolf den, colorful names!" Murdock -- great as the spineless bureaucrat "Murdock, I'm coming to get you!" Major Pa Tee Tint -- he was actually pretty sinister for someone who hardly says anything Colonel Zaysen -- just a wannabe Podovsky
There's also that Vietnamese guy who, when Podvsky tells them to clean up Rambo, smacks him across the face with a rifle.

I suspect that I am going to get attacked for asking this but I will anyway....
Should The Sheriff from the First Movie really be considered a Villain ?
I mean, I think an argument could be made that Rambo himself was a Bigger Villain in the First Movie than he was.
