Right now, I am close to feeling "The Name of the Game.
And "Should I Laugh or Cry" is constantly on the merge.

That refrain in "SOS" just sweeps you away. Excellent, totally emotional song. Definitely in my top five ABBA songs. Those boys were genius.

Half Way Up to the Moon
He's wrapped up in a warm and safe cocoon
Of an Eternal Lie
Should I Laugh Or Cry
The bitterness is devastating

I thought it was cute how Pierce Bronson could not carry a tune to save his life, but his spirit and good nature saw him through...

I love "Lay Your Love On Me". In my top ten fave ABBA songs. Great sound just grabs you. It is one of my favorite sequences in Mamma Mia movie. Such jovial and boyish fun in the presentation of the song. But the sweetness of "Fernando" just gets me every single time. It is utterly disarming. I would even go so far as to say that this song gives me faith in the goodness of people.

The bitterness is devastating What song is that one Mr. D? bravoposters.files.wordpress.com/2015/12/77-01-06-bjorn-ulvaeus.jpgIt deals with the bitter aftermath of a relationship gone sour. And I can't help but be in awe of how they are so immersed in the dynamics of the male ego. It is from a woman's point of view and when you see it that way it is scarily accurate. It's kind of hard to think that it came from the bounciest pop group ever, but there you have it. I find the song devastating. (Okay, I know I have used that word a few times this evening!) But there is a sadness here that is haunting.

By title alone, mine would be "Waterloo".
This is because I work in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. So, I spend about a quarter of my week there.
