Usually just 2 strips with eggs. I don't like bacon on burgers.

The two slices that are in the burger or included in the breakfast combo. I have never liked the combination of bacon and beef. Bacon and turkey is pretty tasty though.

I don't usually buy it because it's so messy, so I usually eat it at IHoP. I have 4 cooked crispy I microwave mine. Easy - line a plate with paper towels, put on the slices, cover with paper towel, and go to the bacon setting on the microwave. If you don't have one, do about a minute per slice. When I was growing up in the seventies we had a microwave bacon cooker that was shaped like a paint pan. The grease would drip into the trap as the bacon cooked. It always cooked to the same crispness. Then you just put the bacon on paper towels and waited a moment. I would always do this while the eggs were cooking or the pancakes or french toast. I wish I could find one of these for my microwave but I have not seen one in many years.

3 or 4 strips.
If bacon was healthy I'd eat a whole plate of it every day!

Or 10-12 minutes at 360 F in the air fryer, then pour out the grease. I tried bacon grease instead of the oil on homemade French Fries in the air fryer β¦ Really good !

I buy precooked , so all I have to do is give it a few seconds in the microwave, then use 4 or 5 slices in each bacon and tomato sandwiches we have once in a great while.

A little bacon grease and vinegar on leaf lettuce is delicious. My mother used to call it wilted lettuce, she would also add some sliced scallions.

It was made of this microwave safe material, was a large square with grill bumps in it. Grease would settle there, bacon would be crisp. It cracked after dropping after many years of use, and we cannot find one like it. It kind of looked like this, but was beige, and more substantial looking. I just put bacon on a plate that I line with paper towels. i5.walmartimages.com/asr/982238c1-d954-4e82-a350-306bc83599c3_1.957dbf4dfd449861b598db5f1210f653.jpeg?odnHeight=450&odnWidth=450&odnBg=FFFFFF

Pardon my ignorance butt how big is a 'slice' of bacon? Here out bacon is different and we buy it in 'rashers' ( I am told it is more like you would call Canadian bacon) which has a meat bit at the end and the striped fatty bit at the other end. You cut it in three pieces to cook and I have one with eggs or on a bacon sarnie ( sandwich the way the Poms say it)
