He plays a secondary character with a great name. He's a ranking criminal and he owns high-bred dogs.
It concerns Italian-Jews, and Walken's dogs get killed in retaliation for (I believe) a contract hit he did.
I've searched IMDb for years and can't find it. I think it was made in the 90s.
All help will be appreciated.

Is it possible that you're mixing some movies up? One of my favorite "So Bad It's Good" movies is 1990's THE COMFORT OF STRANGERS. It takes place in Venice but the subplots you mentioned aren't there. Walken's performance is so over the top that is has to be seen to be believed. I heartily recommend it.

Walken's character is named Pasco Meisner.
