Sad how excited the announcers were. Looks like he had a toe on the line. Did you see the form? I had to do a double take.... Looked like Bird out there...... your really passionate about those sixers.

Van Gundy probably agreed Kerr was coach of the year a few years ago when Walton coached the team for half the season. Take his good players away and he's downright terrible. It's not like the team is .500, they're terrible. I'm pretty sure I could've coached the team to a 50 point loss yesterday. I could've done it from home. What was the Warriors record while Walton was interim coach the season Kerr won coach of the year? What's Walton's record since? Seems like both of these guys have comparable coaching abilities.Pointing out the team is bereft of talent is making my point for me. The players have less talent and suddenly the 'great' coach can't win games. Where is the value add? I mostly agree with you, but I have a question. What would Larry Brown or Jerry Sloan's record be with those teams?

Decent game between the Rockets/Clips
I don't think I would have wanted Russ to take that 3 towards the end

Jimmy Butler and the surprising Miami Heat visit Philly tonight.
East thus far -
1. Bucks 12-3 2. Heat 11-3 3. Celts 11-4 4. Rapts 10-4 5. Sixers 10-5
Expecting the Sixers to hop in that #2 seed as the season goes on - i.e. JRich and Horford mesh with Tobi, Jo-Jo, Ben (and Tobi gets used to playing the 3 as opposed to the 4 at times like he did for us last year)

I think they're interesting. I agree with shortening the season - would like to see it shortened more. Curious to see how the 'postseason play in' would work out - i.e. a tourney before the playoffs. Reading the article on ESPN - sounds like it would be incredibly interesting - making the regular season more meaningful I think all these changes they're discussing would make it more exciting for the casual fan as well - would have more of a do or die feel to it. This has always been my problem with the NHL - the regular season is pretty much irrelevant as we had 2 #8 Seeds knock off both #1 Seeds last year and pretty much 80% of the league is still in position to make the playoffs the final 2 weeks of the regular season and they're all jockeying for seeding the last 2 weeks and you can make a jump from #13 to #4 if you get hot and a few teams in front of you get cold. I think the strike years - although bad for the leagues - were some of the most exciting out there because seasons were shortened and the games were more meaningful.

Mavs look terrific.
Great story.
Beat the Rockets last night - Luka with 41 and 10 assists - Porzingis with 23 rebounds.

What would Larry Brown or Jerry Sloan's record be with those teams? With which teams? It would be better with the bad teams, though ironically I think it'd be slightly worse with those stacked Warriors teams due to overcoaching. They still would've won titles, but there would've been more friction unless old school guys like Brown and Sloan really embraced the modern game and let those guys launch threes. Those Warriors teams just needed someone to make substitutions, I don't see anything Kerr brings to the table in terms of strategy, attention to detail, motivation, etc.

Raptors now 2nd(?) highest NBA home win streak vs divisional opponents since ever. Lowry & Ibaka still injured on the bench. Playoff basketball in November is fun. Joel Embiid. Zero points. lols That last possession was dangerous, down 3, Embiid inbounding to Simmons... who looked like he caught a baby on fire trying to get rid of it.
