This infuriates me. Sixers are playing a game today - they're up at the half - Shake Milton is playing out of his mind. Joel Embiid just tweeted 5 minutes ago a shoutout to Real Madrid - apparently they played a soccer game today and won - as the Sixers are in the lockerroom. I get he's not playing but - WTF dude - who the hell cares about Real Madrid - support your team/teammates and get the f*ck off social media as the game is going on.
Bad look.

Joel Embiid cares about the Sixers about the same amount as I do, which ain't much. Check out how much fun the Celtics are having this season without having a clown like Kyrie Irving in the picture. Might be something Philly needs to think about.

nice effort by the undermanned Sixers after getting destroyed on social media - Embiid finally turned his attention to his teammates

Eastern contenders who don't have a Giannis with a spectacular flop of a weekend vs. Western powers.

Zion 35 and 7 vs LAL, but 0 assists, 0 blocks, and 0 steals.

Do you agree with James Harden that The Greek Freak's style takes no skill at all? More and more I'm wanting the Rockets in the Finals if we don't get the Lakers Clips - just like Kawhi and PG13 - are boring to me. I need some drama.

Yeah they were outrebounded 65-34, but they had a shot to force OT or win. They've been consistently outrebounded badly and won, so that's not really a big problem.
Heat smotherer Giannis. Maybe Lebron has a shot at MVP. Lakers are 6-2 without AD.

I've been watching Celtics games since the 70's, kids, and I can't remember too many that ended as embarrassingly as tonight's game against the Nets. Up by over 20 in the 4th, and 17 with about 5 minutes left in the game, the Celtics ended up giving up over 50(!) points in the quarter and the Nets clawed their way to an overtime.
Gordon Hayward didn't play at all in the 2nd half, Jaylen Brown tweaked his hamstring in the 4th, Tatum has the flu, and Kemba was on a minutes restriction. So by the time of the overtime, and Marcus Smart fouling out, the Celtics had nothing but bench players on the floor. The Nets totally dominated the overtime and won in a stunning comeback.
I swear, there was a guy on the Nets that scored 76 points in the 4th and the OT. Bad, bad loss for the Celtics.

You blow a 20 point lead in the 4th quarter at home and it will always be a bad loss, regardless of who is or isn't on the court. And it looks a lot worse if Hayward and Brown are seriously hurt. This Celtics team just can't seem to stay totally healthy, it seems like someone is always hurt.

I'm too old to care about a regular season loss. The players don't care, and neither do I. The Knicks beat Houston the other night, I doubt the Rockets are panicking.

This is my attitude right now too - we're gonna flip the switch come playoff time They just need that 4 seed. Despite our atrocious road record - I'm not afraid of not having home court advantage vs. the Celts or Heat in the 1st Round - Toronto is a different story.
