Lose in 6 in 2013 WS.
Lose in 5 in 2014 NLCS.
Win 100 games in 2015, get bounced in 4 games in NLDS.
Don't even make the postseason last year.
And now they're off to a 3-7 start, dead last in their division.

can you give specific examples of him mismanaging his team? or are you just blaming the players? The effect of a manager on w/l is debatable. You'd have to be really bad at in-game management to cost your team more than a couple of games (and of course that's often what it comes down to at the end of the season). Meanwhile, Joe Torre - good manager? Anyone could win with that 98-00 roster. |
