The key word here is famous. Yes or no?

I was thinking Keith Moon as soon as I read the subject title.
Having said that, your list is AWESOME, lowtacks86!

Given that I've never heard of him, I'll have to say no. Same here.

He's more famous for appearing on crappy MTV reality shows than for his drumming, isn't he?

I'll accept Ringo, but Barker is definitely more famous than the rest of the drummers mentioned in this thread by a long shot.

NO and another chromium plated NO on top. Not that it really matters.....but on what cosmos and in the name of any deity, is Travis whatever, the (albeit very good) drummer of Blink 182 'definitely more famous' than these folk below who I didn't have to Google: Keith Moon Charlie Watts Neil Peart Gene Krupa Dave Grohl John Bonham Stewart Copeland Levon Helm Lars Ulrich Roger Taylor Carl Palmer Animal out of the Muppets Sheila E Bill Bruford Buddy Rich Mick Fleetwood Ginger Baker I suspect you're taking the p¡$§. Or p¡§$€d. Ringo Rules.

I'll accept Ringo, but Barker is definitely more famous than the rest of the drummers mentioned in this thread by a long shot. I wouldn't have had to Google Peart, Moon, Bonham, Watts, Grohl, Densmore, Taylor. I wouldn't know Travis Bickle if he walked through my front door. Bob Barker is more famous. And maybe a better drummer...
