from Jags in exchange for two 1st round picks and a 2021 4th-round pick.
Also, Rams traded CB Marcus Peters to Ravens for a 5th round pick and a player. Seems like a dumb move by the Rams, even with the acquisition of Ramsey, since they just put Talib on IR. Steal for the Ravens.

And the Eagles are satisfied with the best unit in football. Douglas, Maddox, Darby, Mills, McLeod, Jenkins, and Sendejo.

Great move for the Rams. Ramsey is a top tier DB and his addition will greatly strengthen the Rams defense, their secondary had been their weakest link on defense and adding in Ramsey makes them much better. I guess the Jags had no choice but to trade him but he was probably their best player, the Rams definitely won this trade.

I hope Ramsey’s back injury clears up in time so he can play for his new team.

Rams have been disappointing thus far into the season. Idk if Ramsey will immediately fix that defense but I guess it's worth a shot. It'll be interesting how they decide to structure contracts with the salary cap. A lot of money will be locked up in Aaron Donald, Jared Goff, and Todd Gurley. Plus I assume Ramsey will get an extension. Saw somebody on Twitter saying that Goff could be cut after like next season (I think???) without any dead money so that would be interesting.

That'll shore up the Rams offensive line & quarterback play.

What makes me sick is they can't draft for sh*t anyway - so they should have offered the above for Ramsey. You can't argue the Jags got a better deal from the Rams - as the Eagles and Rams should both be around the same position in the Draft. Not like they got two first rounders from the Fins or Skins. Eagles Draft History since 2016 - circa when Roseman took back over has been littered with trash. 2019: Andre Dillard Miles Sanders JJ Arcega Whiteside Shareef Miller Clayton Thorson 2018: Dallas Goedert Avante Maddox Josh Sweat Matt Pryor Jordan Mailata 2017: Derek Barnett Sidney Jones Rasul Douglas Mack Hollins Donnel Pumphrey Shelton Gibson Nathan Gerry Elijah Qualls 2016: Carson Wentz Isaac Seumalo Wendell Smallwood Vaitai Blake Countess Jalen Mills Alex McCalister Joe Walker That is vomit inducing.

A lot of chaff among the wheat. Starting to think Howie is the second coming of Ruben Amaro Jr.

Marcus Peters has been nothing but a liability for the Rams. And Ramsey is supposed to be good. I think Ramsey is good in "man coverage" which is what I think the Rams want to do. Peters is more of a zone cover guy.

My question: with Gurley, Goff, Cooks, and Donald all getting top money, will they be able to load up Ramsey's Brinks truck?
And what of Woods, Cup, the already terrible offensive line, and the rest of the defense?
And does Ramsey want to stay in LA? A lot to give up if you can't sign him.

Don't worry, they can load up at those positions with all their first round picks over the next few years...

For them to give up two 1st round picks and a 4th rounder, I've got to assume they have a plan to re-sign him to a long term deal which they are confident of.

Ramsey was a full participant in yesterday’s practice. Looks like his back healed up nicely.
