I Just Had My First Pizza Hut Pie In More Than A Decade, And

......it was GREAT (hand tossed crust, beef with green and banana pepper toppings) !!   Not that I thought it wouldn't be, but having it again after so many years of NOT having it (even though I had always liked it before that 'time off'), I wasn't sure if it would be as good as I remember it.  (And, in case anyone wonders, the only reason I stopped for so long was simply the fact that I realized I didn't need to be wasting money on eating out as much as I did (which really wasn't that much), and my body didn't need all the extra fat/calories/unhealthy food, etc., from this and other fast foods I would occasionally have (and NOT because I've turned into a health "nut".....just getting older and trying to be a LITTLE smarter about what I eat)).

And yes, for those who feel the need to chime in here to express just how CRAPPY Pizza Hut is, and that they wouldn't be caught dead eating anything from them, blah, blah, blah.......feel free.  But this really isn't about that.

Just curious if there's anybody else who had a specific food or drink that they had a number of times and liked/loved, that they then laid off of for a long time before having it again at some point later, and whether or not it was as good as they remembered originally.
