He looks like a keg of mayonnaise left out in the sun too long. I know you skew right and Republican (which is fine) but anyone saying that he looks good is drinking too much of the kool-aid. The guy is funny looking. No doubt about that. I am just saying from a pure age standpoint. Trump is 73 years old. Sure, I have seen better looking 73 year olds, but in all honesty he does not look too bad. I have seen 60 year old who look like they have one foot in the grave and 90 year olds who look great and still work out like they are 40. There are extremes, but I would wager that Trump is above average for his age. He is slightly overweight and could afford to lose about 15 pounds, but his skin looks decent and he is not morbidly obese or anything. Trump could definitely lose some weight and I'm sure his diet probably isn't that great, the man likes a good double cheeseburger I'm sure. But he's never been a drinker or a smoker, that plays a big part in him looking better than a normal 73 year old. He hasn't been putting that kind of crap into his system for 30-40 years like so many of the rest of us. I've got a secret to reveal, I've basically stopped drinking over the last 16 months or so. Not totally, but I can honestly say I've only been drunk maybe 2 or 3 times in the last year. I feel great health-wise, better than I've felt in a long time. I still need to drop about 20 pounds, but we're working on that too. Alcohol is great fun, but it can really break the body down in a bad way.

He looks like the kind of guy that thinks that Joey Buttafuoco is a snazzy dresser. He looks like someone gave an alcoholic Chewbacca a bad comb-over. Ok now I’m just hating.

People always think I'm ten years younger than I am, they literally do double takes when I tell them I'm 42. I'm not going to preach to anyone about how they should live their lives, but it's no coincidence that I don't drink, smoke or do drugs of any kind. That stuff takes its toll, no doubt. Congrats on getting healthy and feeling better, hope you keep trending that way.

They're all overweight, balding and have this weird, pale pallor. I'm in much better shape than I was when I was 30 and I attribute it all to eating right (or at least better) and getting tons of exercise. I don't drink beer so much anymore but I do enjoy red wine with dinner and a small glass of scotch on the weekends.

Never mind looking better, people would feel better if they put a little effort into it. Work out and watch what you put into your body. I'm not a Mormon or a TB12 method kook or anything. You can drink alcohol on occasion or even eat fast food once in a while. But if you do that stuff every day, you're going to feel it, and not in a good way.

Do not make him throw the first pitch. Things will become crystal clear if that happens.

For his age, he looks pretty good.
I have relatives his age who don't look nearly as healthy.
I would say this even if I liked him politically but he looks like a dead bloated beached whale carcass with a bad hairpiece. I shudder to think what your relatives look like. I doubt that.

I've never smoked cigarettes, and have way toned down drinking, so I'm hoping the weed won't hurt me physically as the years roll on. I had issues with harder drugs years ago but have kept that mostly out of my life for the last 15 years. So for now, it's just the weed, but I do think overall that's not the worst thing for you, other than the munchies.

His appearance is obviously completely ridiculous and he's unseemly to look at, but I might not say he's necessarily aged well. But... he's clearly obese. And in close up, even through all of his makeup, his skin is pretty rough.

I've never smoked cigarettes, and have way toned down drinking, so I'm hoping the weed won't hurt me physically as the years roll on. Me too! When I get the munchies, I dominate an apple or the dried fruit. It's specifically why I don't buy chips or any garbage because at night, after the Mrs. goes to bed and I'm left to my own devices, I'd eat the entire bag after a session in the backyard. But it's not like the old days of taking several gravity bong hits in the pool, hell if I tried that now I'd probably die. I take 2, maybe 3 hits tops of my bowl and I'm good. I bought one pack of cigarettes, sophomore year of college, Camel Lights. I smoked the whole pack over the course of a weekend and felt disgusting throughout. I don't know exactly what compelled me to buy it, but I haven't had a single drag of a cigarette ever since. I know there was a lot of commotion when NY (and other states) started banning smoking inside bars and restaurants, but looking back on it, how gross was it to come home stinking of cigarettes? Your clothes stunk, your hair stunk, you had to shower before going to bed so you didn't ruin your pillows. Kinda blows the mind when you watch old movies (or just remember your childhood) and see doctors smoking inside exam rooms of hospitals.

Yeah, didn't make that correlation, that's just lucky. Although my beard is a little salt-and-peppery now.

He honestly does not look too bad for his age. My specialty is Geriatric and Extended Care and 90% of my patients are his age. Most of them do not look that good. He looks like a keg of mayonnaise left out in the sun too long. I know you skew right and Republican (which is fine) but anyone saying that he looks good is drinking too much of the kool-aid.

Would be cool to have the President throws out the first pitch for a WS game the first WS in the nation's capital since 1933. I'm no fan of George W. Bush, but I gotta say, one of the most positive things that could possibly come out of the awfulness of 9/11 was when President Bush threw the first pitch at Yankees Stadium. Standing alone on the mound at Yankees Stadium, an open target, he calmly and confidently threw a strike right down the middle of the plate. A true middle finger to anyone who thought the USA would stay down after the sucker-punch of that awful day. I was proud of our President, our country, and our greatest sport.
Just mentioning that moment in game 3 of 2001 WS gives me goosebumps. What a powerful sight having the President there throwing the first pitch! As far as I remember, that was the only time when the entire USA comes to gather regardless of party line.
Glad we will see game 5 and have the President attending the game. Too bad he won't be throwing out the first pitch. Probably for the better. The people who do not like him have this unreasonable exaggerated hatred. That is the power of the Media. Someone can do crazy thing with him on the field wide open.

Trump doesn't look like he has a bone in his body. Maybe they are all spurs at this point. For his age, he looks pretty good.

If you compare him with the group of the Dem candidates, I rather have his energy. Whatever cheeseburger he is eating, I want some too.
