Akis is the hottest thing in Greek cooking right now. These particular dolmades are called "dolmades yialantzi" since they don't contain meat. You can also make them more sour by adding more lemon. Good thing you can buy tins of them now. So time consuming for such quick consumption.

I love Greek food! I have made an entire meal with Saganaki, crusty Greek sesame bread and a glass of Rodytis wine! Saganali is made using Kefalotiri cheese. I'm told is a Chicago Greek creation.
