Yeah, pretty much any Brian De Palma thriller from the 70s and 80s is quite Hitchcockian. Also, I really like The Bedroom Window (1987).

Dressed To Kill is so very Hitchcockish with its cross-dressing killer, and the elevator standing in for the shower. Also, the female lead unexpectedly being slaughtered almost right away.
