Having learned that Monaco was responsible for the first leg not being postponed, I really hope Dortmund will go through. Reus being back will be a big advantage.

Maybe they were responsible for attempted attack on the Dortmund bus also?
The real responsibility lies with the Dortmund CEO Hans-Joachim Watzke rather hastily ill-judged decision to agree the proposed re-scheduled fixture. While I have sympathy for Dortmund, certainly don't like the direction of blame being shafted in Monaco's direction for not sacrificing their hopes of winning a piece of domestic silverware in an already congested end of season run in.

Maybe they were responsible for attempted attack on the Dortmund bus also? Misguided sarcasm? Watzke has his share of the blame but he tried to postpone the kick-off at least a week. With all due respect for Monaco's hope for silverware, we're talking about a bomb attack here. The only alternative Dortmund was left with was to either play the day after or forfeit the entire CL campaign. The players by their own statements felt not ready to play, and it showed in the first half. Not what I'd call a level playground.

You also have ascertain how much information was allied to Monaco's decision makers on what had precisely had happened?
Think it's very harsh that they are being made to be the bad guys, rather than U.E.F.A's lack of sensitivity to a difficult situation.

Why would Monaco have been given less information than UEFA? UEFA is guilty for not making an exception to the rule that the date has to be decided within two hours. But in the end, it was Monaco's decision not to agree with finding a later date, because they didn't want to play the home game first and because of their domestic schedule. I hope they won't be rewarded for it tomorrow.
