As with my 'Cast your own Batman movie' thread - IMDB2.freeforums.net/thread/197935/cast-own-batman-movie - you're welcome to include any characters you wish (just so long as they're DC characters) and cast anyone you want in the roles. My cast: Matt Bomer as Kal-El/Clark Kent/Superman.   Rebecca Ferguson as Lois Lane.  Jonny Lee Miller as Lex Luthor.  Teresa Palmer as Kara Zor-El/Supergirl.  Hugh Laurie as Perry White.  Katie McGrath as Zatanna Zatara.  Viggo Mortensen as General Zod.  Dylan O’Brien as Jimmy Olsen.  |

LOL, Hugh Laurie was actually gonna play Perry White in " SUPERMAN RETURNS" but then something happened at the last minute and he had to drop out and so the role then went to Frank Langella.

I will bring this thread up again on the weekend when I have had time to think about all the roles Chalice_Of_Evil 'cause there are quite a few of them but as you might be able to guess my pick for Supergirl goes straight to my favourite actress, Sydney Sweeney and I have no doubt she is perfect 'cause unlike Melissa Benoist in the TV Show she is trained in MMA and won tournaments against men and women and she can kick people's asses.

No thoughts, except I find it a tragedy that Parker Posey wasn't given the role of Lois Lane in Superman Returns. If there was anyone with the wit, the chops and the look who could've taken up Margot Kidder's mantle, it would've been her.

If there was anyone with the wit, the chops and the look who could've taken up Margot Kidder's mantle, it would've been her. I agree wholeheartedly. One of the great missed opportunities in superhero cinema!
