- No change in the BEST TEAMS this week. - The Saints and Packers flipped, and the Cowboys dropped in GOOD TEAMS. - Lots of movement in MEDIOCRE TEAMS. (Expected because these teams are often inconsistent.)
(My Power Rankings are generally based on 50% how they played this week. And 50% overall record. In other words, they change every week.)
BEST TEAMS 1) Baltimore Ravens - two impressive wins over the Seahawks and Patriots. And they keep on rolling. (9-2) 2) Seattle Seahawks - went into San Francisco and beat the previously undefeated 49ers. (8-2) 3) San Francisco 49ers - impressive win over the Packers (10-1) 4) New England Patriots - great defense, questionable offense. But they keep on winning. (10-1).
GOOD TEAMS 5) New Orleans Saints 6) Green Bay Packers 7) Minnesota Vikings 8) Kansas City Chiefs 9) Houston Texans 10) Buffalo Bills 11) Dallas Cowboys 12) Indianapolis Colts - These teams are good enough to beat anybody. But most have problems with consistency. Or a glaring weakness. All serious contenders for playoff spots.
MEDIOCRE TEAMS Buccaneers, Panthers, Bears, Falcons, Eagles, Rams, Lions Browns, Titans, Steelers, Jaguars, Chargers, Broncos, Raiders - Some of these teams may catch fire at some point this season. Or they may be loaded with talent. But right now they are either struggling, or inconsistent.
BAD TEAMS Giants, Redskins Dolphins, Jets, Bengals - These teams aren't going anywhere this year.
What do you think?

Please stop saying that Dallas is good when they’re doing everything they can to tell you that they’re not.

They will probably make the playoffs. You just don't like DC Fan. I don’t give two shits who DC Fan likes or doesn’t like. The Cowboys have literally lost to every good team they’ve played this year AND the Jets. If you lose those games you can’t be considered a good team. Their head coach gets out coached at every turn. Their entire basis for any success is throwing the ball to Amari Cooper. Leading this pathetic division is irrelevant TL/DR: The Cowboys suck.

They will probably make the playoffs. You just don't like DC Fan. Let me ask you a question. I’m close to 50 years old and I was born and raised in Philadelphia and spent most of my life here. You think I base my opinion of the Dallas Cowboys on whether or not DC Fan likes them? As if it wasn’t obvious already you are clearly a sock of his so from now on whenever I comment on one of your posts I’m going to call you DC Fan. It’s just easier that way rather than keeping all these fake names straight.

I think the Cowboys have more talent than any of the teams I have listed as MEDIOCRE. And they have a better record than any of the MEDIOCRE TEAMS. So, I agree, they lose to all the GOOD TEAMS. But where am I going to put them?

Well DC Fan, having talent and doing something with that talent are two different things. As Bill Parcells once wisely said, you are what your record says you are. So their record, coupled with who they’ve lost to, says they’re mediocre.

Look at who they’ve actually beat. Look at their coach. If you’re just blindly using records as a basis for your so-called power rankings then they’re no different than regular standings. You go on and on about Clemson’s strength of schedule, do you not apply that to the NFL? Come on DC Fan.

So their record, coupled with who they’ve lost to, says they’re mediocre. Their record is better than all the teams below them. The Cowboys are ranked above the Texans, Bills and Colts in your rankings yet all three of those teams have the same (Colts) or a better (Texans, Bills) record than the Cowboys. Unlike the Cowboys, the Colts have actually beaten a "GOOD" team (Chiefs). The Cowboys, if not mediocre, must be at the bottom of the "GOOD" list. I also heard that their OC is in danger of getting fired for calling a passing play instead of a running play.

As I stated in the beginning of my OP, my rankings are based losely on 50 percent record, and 50 percent how they have played. Their record is better than all the teams below them. And they are more consistent than any of the teams below them. They consistently beat bad teams. And they consistently lose to good teams, but play well. I don't think they have had a clunker game this year like most teams.

Please stop saying that Dallas is good when they’re doing everything they can to tell you that they’re not. I think they're a bad good team, more than a good bad team. That's a compliment. Jason Garrett has to go, he's dead weight.

Ask yourself, how many threads has he started about the Cowboys compared to how many he's started about the Patriots? I've blocked that clownstick so I couldn't say, but I'm guessing the ratio is akin to Super Bowl appearances this century between the Patriots & Cowboys?

My top 5 would be
Ravens 49ers Seahawks Pats Saints
My bottom 5 would be
Falcons Giants Redskins Dolphins Bengals
As for the Cowboys discussion, they are a slightly above average team, I don’t think they are a bad team but not quite a proven good team either, but they’ve come close to winning against the Saints, Vikings and Pats and if they had won just one of those games I would have them as a good team, they just can’t get over the hump and beat a quality opponent for some reason.

Not to beat this meaningless dead horse but if a team “just can’t get over the hump and beat a quality opponent” then that’s not a team I’d call a good team. According to Merriam-Webster, the definition of mediocre is “of only moderate quality; not very good.” If that’s not the Cowboys I don’t know what is.
