I've had some homemade Blondies (not baked by me) and they were very good, I'm not a fan of brownies (too greasy) but I liked the Blondies, they reminded me of a tollhouse cookie bar.

I've had some homemade Blondies (not baked by me) and they were very good, I'm not a fan of brownies (too greasy) but I liked the Blondies, they reminded me of a tollhouse cookie bar. Brownies shouldn't be greasy unless whomever baked them used shortening. We only use butter

We only use butter I think most people use cooking oil, maybe I'll try to make some brownies and substitute the oil with butter, I'll try to see if I can find a small mix. Most of the mixes I have seen call for oil, yuck.
