I feel lucky to have lived thru it.
I imagine it was kind of similar to living thru all those Red Auerbach Celts teams, UCLA teams.
I admire Brady for what he's accomplished and never understood the hate some had for him other than haters just love to hate the elite.

I dont really understand why everybody is so confident that Brady will be gone. He's a free agent and he's always been willing to live off of that supermodel teet and take a smaller contract.
I'd assume he gets to stay in New England as long as he wants to.

Some are speculating that he wants to do the LeBron LA transition move.

Hated the Pats for most of their run, but now I sort of like them, and Tom has always been a nice guy. So I'm a bit sad - would have been nice had they lost next round instead. Especially for my picks.

Two things will happen. Brady will stay in NE or he retires. There's no 3rd option. He's 42, no team is going t spend a lot on him. Yeah, he would put asses in seats. Unless he gets hurt. And I don't think Brady wants a black mark on his career. To be a Joe Namath, Joe Montana or Johnny Unitas, grinding out another season or two in a foreign uniform.

I admire Brady for what he's accomplished and never understood the hate some had for him other than haters just love to hate the elite. I don't admire cheaters and frauds like Brady. Admiring a cheater like Brady who took shortcuts and cheated instead of putting in the hard work would be a slap in the face to all the players and teams that worked hard and earned their championships without cheating like Brady did. And it's nothing to do with hating the elite. I admire great and elite players like Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Magic, Kareem, Shaq, Duncan, Peyton Manning, Aaron Rodgers, Dan Marino, and many others who worked hard and didn't cheat like the Shady One did.

I also respect Brady and Belichick if only for the level of dominance they have accomplished for 20! years and don't get all the hate they get, then again maybe it has something to do with me Being a Giants fan (and beating them twice in the SB lol)

He was a Montana guy - - maybe that doesn't bother him as much. The Chargers scenario: Rivers is a free agent. Pay that money towards Brady, who is attracted to not only LA but getting Keenan Allen, Mike Williams, Austin Eckler, Hunter Henry (if they resign him). The new Rams stadium becomes the House that Brady Built; the League finally gets the Chargers moving fiasco behind them. Chargers sack Anthony Lynn and hire Josh McDaniels.

If you are the Chargers, is this really the road you want to take? To replace a 38 year old QB with a 42 year old QB? Montana was 37 when he went to KC. If Brady leaves, it will be for a fortune. He's just a patch. If I'm the Chargers (or any other team), I'm going to address my QB issue with someone who has a future. A lot of the 20 years of Bills misery was replacing Jim Kelly with aging vets. Drew Bledsoe, Doug Flutie, Kyle Orton.

I'd assume he gets to stay in New England as long as he wants to. He's always taken team friendly deals, long before he was with Giselle. If he were willing to take less money, he'd have signed with them for longer last year. They aren't willing to commit to him and he doesn't want to work for peanuts. Hence the one year deal he took stipulating the team cannot use the franchise tag on him.

And wasting other draft picks on busts. Nathan Peterman, Cardale Jones, Trent Edwards. And wasting years trying to develop these busts.

I really think it was due to Tom Brady. "The Patriots got him in the 6th Round, why can't we find another?' Josh Allen is the highest drafted QB is Bills history @ #7
