I'm not sure why you can't, either. Some more information might reveal something. What model of phone? What browser are you using on the phone? Are you using any additional software on the phone that may block certain sites? When you say you can't use it, do you mean you cannot load the site at all or that you cannot log into it or that you can't perform any functions?

Is it possible you're getting the password or email incorrect? Just to get on exactly the same page, the main screen looks like this:  And you're tapping Login and going to the fields where you enter your email and password and it allows you to enter them. When you submit them, it says they're incorrect.
