The Dark Knight is better than any MCU movie could ever hope of being.
After 20+ movies they still have yet to make one that even compares. Maybe made 2 or 3 that compare to Batman Begins and The Dark Knight Rises and that's a push.

TDK is overrated. BB was better
For me it's a toss up, they're both equally great films. TDKR was total garbage, though.

I'm pretty sure hobowar is trying to rile some people up which is understandable given the trolls on this place, but personally speaking I would say the very best of the MCU rivals The Dark Knight and some respects bests it, and a lot of them are on the level of Batman Begins and most are better than The Dark Knight Rises - which was a huge downgrade to its predecessor and deconstructed the Batman character so much that I think it was obvious that Nolan just wanted to be done with the character and leave no possible continuation on film from there on out. But they took the cowardly way out and should've done what Logan had a few years later.

TDKR probably has the most amateurish errors I've ever seen in a high-profile movie.
And the reason I rate BB higher than TDK is because TDK's greatness rests solely on Heath Ledger's shoulders. Without him, the movie would simply be good but not great. It's the same reason why I don't rank the first Ironman movie as a great movie, because its success also depends mostly on RDJ's performance. Don't get me wrong, not saying they're bad movies or anything, just that BB has more good things going for it than TDK in my opinion.
Anyway, I do think most fans simply put TDK on such a high pedestal that they don't even realize it when better cbms have already come and surpassed it... which I believe there has already been quite a few.
I think Batman Begins features a better overall story arc whereas TDK features more memorable moments and of course an iconic performance by Ledger. Most of what you remember about TDK is Joker-related, but the rousing finale is pure Batman. TDK tries too hard is places, i.e. the forced political commentary with the ferry scene or the phone tapping for example. It almost takes you out of the movie and really bogs things down on rewatch. Despite its nonlinear approach, BB has a smoother screenplay that allows you to soak everything in without being overwhelmed by a villain who steals the film from the protagonist. But comparatively speaking, BB lacks that 'wow' factor present in TDK.
I don't really consider any of these things to be major faults, so much as ways the films contrast.

The Dark Knight shot and aimed for further. Batman Begins was a cleaner film. I don't subscribe to the idea Heath Ledger stole The Dark Knight, but I do think Batman's status as a main character is up in the air in that one. There's an ensemble to observe, whereas I'd argue Batman was the main character in Batman Begins. By a small but amusing margin, Batman Begins has the least abrasive Christian Bale Batman voice of the 3.
I also didn't care for The Dark Knight Rises, but that's strictly a function of the direction with which they took the story. It's a fine film but I would have been fine if they'd left it at The Dark Knight with no third installment. I didn't like where they took the story, which for me is permission to be more open about it. I actually find it refreshing to dislike a movie because of the story than fretting about direction, choreography, cinematography, i.e. all the things I'd brush off if I really liked the results, which in this case I did not.
