I would think that kind of thing is forbidden in his contract and the team won't have to pay him while he's out.

He strained his LEFT shoulder along with a rib injury. Pitching careers have been derailed with less than that. The Giants are playing like crap, you would think he would be a little more careful. I know he had that Country ethos. He wouldn't want to sit and listen to opera on a day off and thinks he will never tip a dirtbike.
Giants could be a shipwreck now.

Why aren't people calling him an idiot, the way they would with any other player who did this? I was. More people should. If he was skateboarding, bungee jumping or even playing basketball, fans would be baying for his blood. If the Giants finish 3 games out of a WC, you can blame this injury, 100%. |
