it is good you know what size of drink to get, 132  I usually get the small and keep refilling it, but I have no idea how much I drink. At home, I have a pitcher of water on the table. I refill the glass several times, but have no idea how much I drink. lol |

No, the joke was that metric is the civilised (or "civilized" if you must) system of weights and measures.

Keep in mind that too much fluid is also a potentially bad thing because you run the risk off losing too much of the necessary salts your body needs, and that can lead to seizures.
