nutsberryfarm 🏜: never had it, but it looks a bit too filling for me. I could maybe handle one slice. You know of any place in Seattle that sells it by the slice?

I am not a fan of nutritionally unsound or imbalanced in a meal.

I'm from the Chicago area and I DO NOT like deep dish pizza. I don't know why deep dish pizza is considered "Chicago style", when I still lived in the area, more people ordered thin crust. Deep dish is just a lot of dough to eat.

I used to go to Gino's East on Superior with friends, when we ordered the deep dish, I just ate the filling, I didn't care for the crust. In my day , I remember waiting in line to get in, I think there was a parking garage across the street (memory is fading). My favorite pizza place was in Cicero on 31st., Homerun Inn. Parking was horrible because it was mostly street parking, there was a neighborhood park nearby. We used to get Nick's special which was just a regular crust. I miss the "neighborhoods" that Chicago was famous for, we left the area in 2001 and never returned. Another place I loved was Rukavinas on Torrence Av in Calumet City, it was a tavern/ restaurant . They had a really good Taco pizza, unlike any taco pizza I ever had. It closed down before we left the area but a few years ago, a neighbor mentioned in a Xmas Card that it reopened under new management.

I wouldn't call myself a fan but I liked it on the couple of occasions I tried it.
If it were available here I probably would have it every now and then.

It is very filling. Can only have a couple slices. Living in the Chicago suburbs I've had them all. While Gino's, Lou Malnati's, and Giordano's are very good they are the trendy touristy places to go. I'd go to Pequad's or Burt's Place first.

Very much so, yes. I have an addiction to marinara sauce, so just looking at that picture gets my engine running. Sadly I'm not joking. I crave marinara. Ketchup, even. Sometimes I have to hit a drive through for a quick fix burger with extra ketchup. My name is onethreetwo and I have a problem.

I think it was ok the few times I've had it, but I'd rather have real pizza. Thin, NY style, burn-the-roof-of your mouth oily.

The first time I had it was actually in Chicago. A friend took me to what was his favorite place, and it was very good. I don't recall it being nearly as dense with topping, as the picture in the OP.
I, generally, prefer a thinner crust. However, a nearby pizzeria has a wonderful clam/garlic topping that has a fair amount of olive oil, and it's a bit overwhelming on thin crust.

For frozen microwavable pizza, those are pretty good.
