I think the following were good enough, but should have been either a mini-series or a TV movie:
Star Trek: Insurrection - would have been great if TV shows in the 90s made comebacks as they do now.
X-Files: I Want To Believe - I think a 3 night mini series that was clearly marketed as having NOTHING to do with the mythology would have been better received.
