Like, you have a certain way of cooking it. To where the end result (just so happens to) look like it is undercooked. But it is actually cooked fully?
Especially with foods that could be dangerous if undercooked? Like steak or eggs. Or salmon. At least I assume eating salmon when not cooked properly is bad for you. I could be wrong.
