Including both MCU and non-MCU Marvel movies, which superhero had the most practical costume? To make things more interesting, I'm excluding Ironman and Warmachine since they're the most obvious choices.
So?

Cap, specifically his Winter Soldier or AoU suits.

X-Men from film series! Because they're nothing but black leather, which means it's realistic since it's grounded to reality and has no color!

Hard to beat Raimi’s Spider-Man suit.

Hard to beat Raimi’s Spider-Man suit. For practicality? I feel like it would be a real pain to look through the eyes of that mask. And uncomfortable as hell to wear a skin tight unitard all day.

Personally I think it's Lady Sif. She actually wears armor that looks protective but she's not wearing too much to become cumbersome.

Yep, protects him from accusations of streaking and public indecency, and he doesn't have to worry about sewing a new uniform.

Ever worn pants that are 3-5" to small in the waist and tried to move in them? (and I'm being generous 3-5") Guaranteed the inseam is riding in his crack so hard it would make Lyndon B Johnson cry just thinking about it.

He uses super stretchy pants made by a former Fruit of the Loom textiles expert.

Iron Spider and Black Panther would be in the same boat as Ironman and War Machine. I would say Black Widow (stealth being black and lots of utility) but sometimes the material looks like Leather and with it being so tight she runs into the Original X-men Problem if it is. Although her Ironman 2 uni looks stretchy. First Class was good for the time if it was for color same with Caps good but the color would be shite in most situations.
I guess for what he is supposed to do Hawk Eye's fits his role the best. Light weight, freedom of motion, gets his primary weapon to him the best. His best version would be Avengers.
