Two people, Damien Riehl and Noah Rubin made every possible short melody within the span of an octave with the idea of taking away the ability of potential plaintiffs to sue over melodies so that nobody has to pay over melodies since there are only a finite amount of possible melodies. Also, there is no way to know every melody ever made. Link to Adam Neely's Video On the SubjectOver time the number of made melodies will include a larger and larger amount as computer power increases, to include things that I imagine would include multiple octaves, microtones, and maybe tuplets. This subject should be of interest to every fan of music and everybody involved in the music industry. What do you guys think?
