If you had your very own Federation Starship (of any type or class) then what would you yourself name it ?
For Me, I would name mine the "USS Renegade".
What about everybody else here ?

USS Gertrude or USS Thompkins, after the Womens Air Force Service Pilot who went down and was never found. Her P-51 mustang went down when she was moving it for the Air Force, and neither she or it have ever been recovered.

I'm currently reading the Star Trek novel The Lost Years, which fills in the gap between the end of TOS/TAS and the beginning of TMP. According to the book, Kirk was angling for the command of the USS Victorious before being persuaded to accept promotion to Admiral. I thought that USS Victorious was a pretty good name for a Starship. Gives you an edge in all space battles, right?  |

I think there should be Federation starships named after every main crew member of the USS Enterprise under Captain Kirk.
