I've just watched the complete Season 1 of Luke Cage and Iron Fist. Luke Cage was decent, although the ending was disappointing in that Mariah and Shades got off free without any punishment while Luke Cage had to go back to Seagate. Iron Fist got the worst reviews out of the 4 Netflix series (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist), but Iron Fist wasn't bad and is actually much better than Jessica Jones.
So out of the 4 Netflix series, Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist weren't bad. But Jessica Jones was boring and crappy and is the absolute worst comic-book series ever produced. Jessica Jones was so boring and crappy that I almost stopped watching halfway through the pilot episode. But I'm always unbiased and objective so I thought it would only be fair to give Jessica Jones a chance by watching the entire pilot to see if it got better in the 2nd half of the pilot. But it didn't get better at all so I stopped watching after the pilot episode because watching paint dry would've been more interesting than watching Jessica Jones.
Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist weren't bad, so why was Jessica Jones so boring and crappy?

Watching the entire thing doesn't automatically make you unbiased.
You likely found it so boring because it stars a female lead, and you've never touched a female with consent in your life of a ginger, pseudo-cripple, and project that rage against her.

Well, I just bought the first season on Blu-ray. Haven't watched it yet. Like Krysten Ritter from Don't Trust the B**** in Apartment 23, so I'm willing to give this series a try. Perhaps the series came across boring by trying to be more character- rather than action-driven? Guess I'll find out soon enough.

Why do you care? If you don't like it, move on.

It was decent. Iron Fist is the worst of the 4 shows IMO.

Not a fan of Kristen Ritter at all, so much so that I can't bring myself to watch the series. And it's not because she's female. If Deborah Ann Wohl was the lead in Daredevil I'd watch the shit out of that, as it is I watch it mostly for her anyway.
I just don't think Kristen Ritter is a good actress, and the Suicide Girls look is overdone.

I thought it was good. Better than Luke Cage and on par with Iron Fist. Daredevil is still my favorite though.

I am obsessed with these series. I actually just watched the entire series (all four) again. I have seen them many times. Jessica Jones is an amazing series and better than Luke Cage and Iron Fist, even though I enjoy those. Jessica Jones was especially great on second viewing. It starts out a little slow in the first three episodes, but it damn near mesmerizing by the end. Daredevil is obviously the best. It was the best adaptation of a comic book I have ever seen put on screen. I say it goes like this:
Daredevil Jessica Jones Luke Cage Iron Fist
I loved Iron Fist on first viewing and thought the critics were morons. On second viewing, I noticed how poorly the show was actually done, especially watching them all back to back. Jessica Jones is FAR superior.
