These days I just scrape off parts with a knife or mandoline to add to a stir fry.

I like cauliflower but I very rarely buy it. When I do cook it, I steam it for a little while to make it soft, then fry it. I will try the oven-roasted option next time.

I steam it until al dente, then smother it is bΓ©chamel sauce and cheese.
If I am in a hurry just grated paremesan.

I steam it in my Black & Decker electric steamer but I think next time I'll try enigma72's method. It sounds tasty

I'm an avid "steamer," for hearty veggies. But, I have to try the variations on oil-'n-bake/saute. I've, recently, added that technique to my Brussels sprouts repertoire, and I love it!

Put in the pressure cooker with salt. Once the cooker starts screaming, give it 5 minutes for frozen or 10 for raw.

I like cutting the head into thick slabs (2" or so), putting them in the cast iron skillet for a few minutes, then baking them in the over with some olive oil, salt and pepper. It's hearty and it cooks up really well.

I have it 5 days a week with spinach & tomatoes. Occasionally will add black beans, and/or grilled chicken. Just get the frozen stuff-no sauces add. But we do season it with coriander, cumin, Mrs Dash garlic & herb-no salt.
