Fox Cyclops sucks. Deal with it. Must concur. Cyclops had all the personality of the outfit he was wearing when he told Logan to stay away from his girl. How does that even work anyways? He says if I have to tell you to stay away from my girl, she wouldn't be my girl. A minute later: stay away from my girl. God. And the new, younger Cyclops wasn't any better.

James and Tye were very good. You will miss them, trust me. They will cast Justin Bieber as Cyclops, the next time.

Dude, you just considered the two Cyclops performances as great. That means your judgement is so shot that you wouldn't know a joke if it slapped you in the face.

Tye's performance in both Apocalypse and DP is also very good. They did a great job with it. If you can't see that, well, you're wrong. Sorry.

I saw sonic the hedhog this past weekend, James Madson I think is the actor's name was rightfully cast well as Cyclops. I wish the movies did more with him. the little we got from him, he was quite a bad ass. I am not looking forward to a kiddie version of MCU Cyclops. I loved seeing him again at the end of the DOFP though. Beautiful cinematography too. it really highlighted that feel and tone that wolverine was now in a different place although we know, the xmen all met their ends again in Logan which is expected in many xmen stories. Nice to see somone praise cinematography. we praise it here all the time.

You're delirious now. X-Men movies (not Deadpool) have jokes? Really? When? It's irony here and there, no silly and childish humour. You can't see the difference because you're mentally ill. Yep. this disney mcu fans love to safeguard their childish humour.
Nice observation, you're right.

Nice observation, you're right. I will take a Cyclops who was sidelined but still a more serious broody no joking around Cyclops, who constantly owned Wolverine than watch RDJ and Helmsworth as pure jokes.
I always liked how Cyclops always put wolverine in his place.

Correct. Also, Cyclops was badass in all his action scenes... X1, X2, Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix. VERY badass, I would say.

In other words, your favorite movie is Twilight It might actually be. He once said that Twilight series is better than MCU because it deals with a teenage girl getting pregnant.

What a complete insult to the cyclops from TAS and the comics.

Well,
There are no more fights in this thread. Let's go civil and let's continue!
What type of Cyclops do you want for the MCU Uncanny X-Men?

Well, There are no more fights in this thread. Let's go civil and let's continue! What type of Cyclops do you want for the MCU Uncanny X-Men? One that is 100% different from the totally forgettable version we got in the Fox-Men movies. Seriously, until I just reread this thread I had totally forgotten that Cyclops was even in the prequel quadrilogy. And I saw all of them in the theater.
Are you sure you wanted to bump this thread?

Well, There are no more fights in this thread. Let's go civil and let's continue! What type of Cyclops do you want for the MCU Uncanny X-Men? A memorable, well-fleshed-out, badass Cyclops who looks and acts like a leader. In other words, the complete opposite of the two pathetic and forgettable Cyclopses we were given by Fox.

I want a Cyclops who is atleast a potential leader of the group, if he's young he can be a talented but rough around the edges type who you can see growing into his position despite his current flaws, which neither Marsden or Sheridan pulled off, he needs to be more a driving force in the movies though to pull this off along with getting the right actor for the role.
I think having him be someone who shows promise and flaws also sets up him being able to be a leader and crumble which the character has had happen to them a bunch over the years.
