As an egg connoisseur, I can't get enough of them. Probably go with eggs benedict myself, with steak and eggs in a close second (particularly chicken fried).

Poached egg, asparagus and smoked salmon for breakfast. Yum. Or a good old plate of egg and chips

This is a hard one. I really liked the omeletts in West Africa as their eggs taste way more than any other eggs in the world, but I also like poached egg in nettle soup.

I don't have any particular favourite but I like eggs in general. Poached eggs would probably be my fav but my friend used to cook masala omelets that tasted very hot and I absolutely loved that. I once had a special type of scrambled eggs in a Pakistani fast food place and that was fairly tasty. Also don't mind boiled eggs with a sprinkle of pepper.

Bit of an Aussie thing that my grandfather introduced me to, poached eggs on toast with vegemite. Still a regular breakfast for me.

A goto cheap, fast breakfast for me is the breakfast in V For Vendetta.
I can't remember the name, but basically, you cut circles into bread and plop the egg in the hole.
It's the best way to eat eggs that are on the running side.
