Six episodes in (out of a total of 10 if I am not mistaken) and I must say I disagree with The Guardian. I am enjoying it and having some good laughs - and that is even though I have never been much of a fan of Steve Carell’s comedy. I have now finished the season. It takes a turn for the even sillier in the last couple of episodes but I still found it enjoyable. I won't go out and recommend it enthusiastically to everyone, but I certainly won't discourage anyone from watching it, either.

OK folks -
Giving 1917 a shot.
Better be worth it.
Last two times I paid for a movie - they were both stinkers - Doctor Sleep and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
So I'm going off your reviews that this was worth it.
I shall provide you with my review upon completion.

How many cans of Irn Bru is that?! No clue.
Over here you can get a 30 pack of Natty Ice for $16.00 - but that's a top of the line beer I'm talking about - top shelf/high end.

That's cheap. Would probably cost at least $80 over here.

Folks,
I've got a complaint about 1917.
The friend was killed off too quickly
The whole movie should have been about the 2 friends traveling to deliver orders that 1600 men could die in an ambush.
They could have delved into the two's friendship and all they went through to get the orders across.
I'll continue though......

I'll continue though...... Did you stop the movie to come and post about that, or did you just post while watching? Either way, that's a foul. Watch the movie, get immersed in it, no distractions. And fucking spoiler alerts dude. Come on.

Got some chicken baking in the oven too and am contemplating on whether to do with asparagus or broccoli.....

Well - here I thought that chick with the baby was going to be some sort of love interest. Looks like they dropped the ball on that one too

I'm disappointed in all of you - this movie blows 26 minutes left - something epic better happen to save this stinker. $5.99 down the drain - it's not the money - it's the principle of the matter folks.

Sorry about that. I thought it was excellent. You are correct. Do you think it has a high re-watch value?
Like - would you watch it again?
This is how I determine if a movie's good or not folks.
Won't be watching this lil baby again.

They usually let you watch it as many times as you like in the 48 hours after you’ve paid to stream it! You could watch it another 10 times easily!

Time for a good one. Disturbia - Shia LaBoof - this one's got it all folks - it's a modern day Hitchcock Rear Window - but much better. There's suspense, a love story, humor, one may argue horror - 8/10 - with a very high re-watch value LaBoof is under house arrest and leary of the man his mom is dating - all the while being in love with his new neighbor - can't recommend it enough.

I didn’t really like Disturbia much to be honest. 5.5/10.
