Not so far. I was in a large Safeway yesterday, and they had a good supply of toilet paper on the shelves, even though a lot of people were buying it. I didn't see any prices that appeared to be inflated, but those mega chains would probably face ferocious anger from the public if they tried to do that.
I'm going to get a few items from the local "mom 'n pop" stores today, or tomorrow. It's possible that some of them might try. But, they know everybody in the neighborhood, so I'm not expecting to find wide spread inflation.
It might be a different story with Ebay, or the the independent sellers through Amazon.

Ebay and Amazon have been trying to shutdown these people. Now the guy who was looking for sympathy after saying he had 17700 bottles of santizer is donating his stock after receiving death threats to his family. It's still happening locally through different market places.
I was at a liquor store this weekend and was surprised to see they were selling toilet paper at a ridiculous price. I called them on it and the guy behind the counter told me This is what makes America great and to mind my own business. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything from the store.
Places are running out but there's not a shortage. If you live in a big city and can't find anything you'll have a better chance to go to a smaller town in your area. While I was out this weekend I stopped at two different stores in small towns and noticed they had plenty of everything.
