Clipped my nails short. Filed them, trimmed the cuticles, gave a keratin treatment to hands, rinsed, oiled cuticles and lotioned hands. Three weeks worth of new growth showing at the nail bed. Glad that I chose a pale pink gel last time I had them done rather than the color Wicked.

I'm planning that for this afternoon. It's still morning on the west coast.
Fortunately, I've fairly well versed in doing a self-mani. I like to have it done, but I tend to get outbreaks of eczema on my hands/arms, and I do it myself during those times. I only use "clear," so I don't have to worry about "Wicked" skin. Although, if polish does get smeared to the skin, the color comes off of the skin in the shower.

I had a cosmetology degree from a hundred years back that I let expire, so I learned all the stuff, and try to keep current on some things. However, I'm not about to do a gel manicure on myself. Too much trouble. I can give myself a pedicure if I have to. Right now, though, toes were in good shape and no polish from two weeks ago. Skin issues can be a hassle with some products. I have sensitive skin, but eczema is very easily irritated.
