Can't believe that anyone who wants to see it or wants a copy hasn't got it anyway. Bet McCartney takes out all the bitching against him.

I see words "Friendship" "love" and "camaraderie" so yeah, Sir Paul sanitized it. It was doomed from the beginning. The other three Beatles wanted some time off but McCartney herded them back into studio. No George Martin. The band hadn't had time to accumulate itself to Yoko Ono. The studio was drafty and cold. And no one knew that it was now Paul McCartney and Co.
I am looking forward to it, more for the album. The releases of the White Album and Abbey Road wee very cool, lots of new stuff

This makes me think about the new documentary about The Band that is coming out, heavily dominated by Robbie Robertson. All the other guys who couldn't stand Robertson are dead now, so now we're gonna get a documentary through Robertson's rose colored glasses. I don't think anyone in The Beatles ever "hated" Paul in the same way, but no doubt the Let It Be sessions were the true low point in the relationship between the 4. John and George aren't around to tell their side of the story, Ringo will hopefully be pretty honest, but no doubt this will be Paul acting like everything was peaches and cream.

Did Ringo quit during the Let it Be/Get Back sessions or the White Album sessions? Not sure

Ringo left for a couple of weeks during the White Album. "Back in the USSR" and "Dear Prudence" were done with Paul on drums. George left for a couple of days during Let It Be after, though it might not have been just because of McCartney. There are stories that John and George almost came to blows about Yoko's presence.

I should have known that. In my defense it was 5 am. George talked him into coming back and decorated his kit with flowers.
