Darth Maul because he started quite possibly the greatest lightsaber duel in the entire Star Wars Saga. Then he gets avenged by Obi-Wan Kenobi. He might have said only two lines in film and was barely in the film, but that is what makes him so awesome. He is the Boba Fett of the Prequels.

Hard to choose, but I have to go with Han Solo. He's the gritty realist that contrast with the other idealistic heroes.

Luke Skywalker. He is the epitome of everything Star Wars represents for me. When I think of my experience watching Star Wars the first time, I think of him.

Luke is Star Wars and always will be its heart and soul. If Vader is 1A all-time for me, Luke is 1B. Not in terms of Star Wars movies, for me at least. Or movies. In terms of all fictional storytelling to which I've ever been exposed.

Jedi Master Yoda, because he's a muppet that can kick everyone's ass. You don't see him coming.
